Inheritance Disputes

Challenging (or defending) a Will.  The Last Will and Testament is intended to make proper provision for loved ones, but it can certainly be the case that families are taken by surprise by a Will which apparently fails to do so.

The Inheritance Act 1975 exists to offer families a possible recourse if they feel that the deceased had been improperly influenced, or had lost mental capacity.

Noël de Spéville Solicitor is able to assist in either challenging or defending the provisions of a disputed Will, and, should you find yourself in this unfortunate position, will be able to rely on our absolute discretion and sensitivity during this difficult period.
